Sailing is mostly a team sport. Everyone in the team has their task on board and everybody counts - it is the interplay of nature, technology and people with different talents. Handicaps remain ashore. This is why sailing is perfect for people with physical or mental disabilities, but also for the integration of socially disadvantaged people. Through our programmes, we want to empower clubs to enable as many disadvantaged people as possible to achieve personal turning points towards more courage and self-confidence and thus better participation in society through sailing.

Through our constantly growing cooperation with sailing clubs, sailing schools, charitable institutions, science, politics, media, business and committed individuals, we have already been able to give more than 1.200 disadvantaged people access to sailing.

With our onboarding programs, we have already been able to transfer know-how about inclusion through sailing to around 100 members of sailing clubs. In this way, we ensure the sustainability of our activities in the clubs.
