About usWe unite several hundred years of experience in sailing for people with disadvantages

Why inclusion?
Those affected by a handicap often lack the necessary self-esteem and courage to discover their talents and realise them in a self-determined way.

Why inclusion through sailing?
Sailing is like daily life: challenges with one's own self, other people, nature and technology have to be mastered. And no sport is as inclusive as sailing: everyone can participate. So, if you passed a successful day on a sailboat, you will better solve the challenges in daily life with strengthened self-confidence, courage and confidence in your own abilities.

Our goals
- We want to promote inclusion in our society through sailing.
- We want to enable as many disadvantaged people as possible, especially children and young people, to achieve a personal turning point towards more courage, self-determined participation in daily life through sailing activities.
- We want to support sailing clubs and non-profit institutions in implementing inclusion through sailing in a sustainable way and thus permanently improving participation in our society.

How do we achieve this?
With our TURNING OFFERS, we want to empower clubs to live inclusion in the long term - both athletically and socially. To this end, we bring together local clubs, charitable institutions, sailing schools and people with disadvantages. We make the best possible use of existing infrastructure and support existing initiatives. Our team's many years of experience in the fields of sailing, inclusion and non-profit organisations as well as our broad network enable us to provide needs-based support - throughout Germany, locally.
Helping people to help themselves - together we are strong!

First results and successes
Thanks to our steadily growing collaboration with sailing clubs, sailing schools, charitable institutions, science, politics, the media, business and committed individuals, we have already given more than 1.200 disadvantaged people access to sailing. They practise the sport in existing sailing clubs together with other members and sail on boats on an equal footing at regattas, for example.
With our onboarding programs, we have already been able to transfer know-how about inclusion through sailing to around 100 members of sailing clubs. In this way, we ensure the sustainability of our activities in the clubs.
