Why do we care about inclusion? Many people with a physical, mental or social disadvantage hardly participate in social life. They often lack the courage and self-confidence to participate. We want to change that.

Why inclusion through sailing? When sailing, the team masters wind, weather and the technology of the boat. These are turning points towards more self-confidence and a sense of one's own strengths. With newfound courage, friendships are built and school or professional life is mastered better.

With our TURNING OFFERS we accompany sailing clubs in order to anchor inclusion in club life in the long term. Our team of currently around 20 employees with many years of experience is spread throughout Germany and can provide local support.

Non-profit institutions such as schools that take care of disadvantaged people can also benefit from our offers.

Through the steadily growing cooperation with sailing clubs, sailing schools, non-profit institutions, science, politics, media, business and committed individuals, we have already been able to provide more than 1.200 disadvantaged people with a turning point through sailing since 2022.

With our onboarding programs, we have already been able to transfer know-how about inclusion through sailing to around 100 members of sailing clubs. In this way, we ensure the sustainability of our activities in the clubs.
